3. Third website is your country's postal system. After the package is released from Customs, most TAPTES package will be handed over to and delivered by your country's postal system. 

How to get the tracking number for your country's postal service?

You can use the tracking number, which is included in the shipping confirmation email and track on this site http://www.yuntrack.com then you'll get several numbers. The "Last Mile Delivery Tracking Number" is the one for your country's postal service.

Q: Why should I provide photos of my Tesla X?
A: The Seats for Tesla Model X has different lines, and the Model X 7 Seater has two different structure at the 2nd-row seater:

Q: Does it difficult to install?
A: It can be installed by yourself, may take 30 minutes to 1 hour, also can be installed by the car wash shop.

Q: Will the custom car seat covers be shipped immediately after I placed the order?
A: It will take 6 to 8 working days to produce this seat protector, so in general it may take 20 - 30 working days for delivery, kindly make sure you are reachable by email or phone during this time.

Q: Do I need to give you some detailed info of my Tesla?
A: Yes, your Model X built year and month, photos of your vehicle driver seat, passenger seat may be needed.

Q: Does the leather seat cover smell?
A: Calfskin Leather more or less will have some flavors, but it can be dispersed within 2~3 weeks, other leather material doesn’t smell much.

Q: The front seats on my Tesla have airbags embedded in the sides, Will the airbags be covered?
A: We do consider this situation, so we've specially designed for the Tesla airbag, reserve the front seat airbag deployment. But we didn't test it before, so our company assumes no responsibility for anything with airbags accident.

Q: Can I order some samples for comparing the leather material?
A: Small sample of the seat cover material will be available at TAPTES cost price with free shipping, you may choose two colors to compare, write the color on the order notes or send us Email, once you confirmed the color and feel after you see the samples, then you can place the seat cover order.

Q: How long can I get the samples?
A: We use economical shipping, not so stable and sometimes may take a long time, but for the final seat cover order, we will use express shipping or airway + UPS, so the delivery time will not take long and is much more stable.
